Bounced Email Policy

Our shared hosting plans have a policy for bounced, or undeliverable emails. We throttle email users to allow maximum of 25 bounces per hour. If you are using bulk mail lists and do not have a method to remove dead email address and are found to be continually sending to a bad address causing a large amount of bounces and an undesirable waste of resources your account may be limited for sending bulk email.
